Flying Pig hog roasts are seasoned with fresh herbs and cooked slowly and carefully by hand over an open fire of hardwood logs, then finished with a honey glaze to produce the most tender, succulent, mouth-watering pork.

Our package includes freshly baked baps, a selection of sauces and mustards; disposable plates, napkins and cutlery.
